Creating the ultimate practice environment


Take time to create a space that speaks to you, one that creates a feeling of calm and easy breathing. Perhaps it is music in the background, or soft lighting, a candle or a soft blanket.


Even without the environment of your dreams, you can create this space within your body and mind. Imagine it, feel it, see it. How does your life look? What do you imagine it to feel like? What colors are around you? Can you smell the air? What does your home look like? Are there people around? Are there plants and trees, flowers or birds? What is the climate like? Are there animals? How do you feel in this perfect place that you are creating?


The more you practice creating the life you desire in your mind, the more you will create this to be your reality.


Practicing this a few minutes each day before you head out the door will also bring a peaceful start to your day.


Before you close this practice give thanks for all that you do have and than practice giving gratitude to all that you come into contact with today.
