Get outside: Meditation, play or yoga by the sea or in the back yard!


In this time of uncertainty and not being able to attend our usual events such as the gym, yoga or so many other things we enjoy and things that bring us inner joy, health and well being it is important to find creative ways to get sunshine, play and create inner peace. It is also important to find ways to have some privacy while we are hunkered down together in small spaces. One way is to head for outdoor locales where we can spread out and not be at risk of spreading Covid 19 virus. Be creative in your thinking; what other places can you exercise, meditate, move and get fresh air? Please share here any ides that we can all benefit from!
